Tremco Spectrem 1 Ultra Low Modulus Silicone Joint Sealant - 20.3 Fluid Ounce Sausage

Tremco Spectrem 1 is an ultra low-modulus, high-performance, one-part, moisture-curing silicone joint sealant. Tremco Spectrem 1 silicone sealant has excellent physical properties that makes it an ideal joint caulk for sealing the most challenging and vigorously moving joints. These type of joints include materials having a high number of linear expansion such as aluminum curtainwalls, precast concrete panels, metal panels and window perimeters. Tremco Spectrem 1 silicone sealer is formulated for expansion, control, lap joints, and EIFS (exterior Insulation and finish system) applications. Application of Tremco Spectrem 1 is easy and can be used with all types of caulking guns. Just fill the target joint completely and start tooling. At 75 degrees F and 50% relative humidity, a tough skin will begin to form within 10 to 30 minutes. Tremco Spectrem 1 is Greenguard Gold certification which ensures safety for use in the most sensitive indoor environments including hospitals and schools.
