Sika Sikasil GP series are general purpose, one-component, non-sag, elastomeric, RTV acetoxy silicone sealants with great adhesive characteristics for general sealing and bonding applications. Sikasil GP is a one-component ready to use sealant, is excellent for dynamic joint movement and dissimilar materials with a joint movement of ±25%. Sikasil GP provides excellent adhesion, bonds to many substrates without priming and cures quickly so that you can move assembled or sealed parts quicker. Sikasil GP provides a wide service temperature, durability, superior gunning and tooling, resists temperatures up to 550°F and, lastly, contains anti-microbial additive for mold resistance. Applications include the sealing and glazing of windows, doors and skylights, conventional glazing and storefronts, kitchen and bath countertops, sanitary seals, HVAC, plumbing, roofing sealing trucks, trailers, RV's, marine applications and appliance assemblies.
