RectorSeal Metacaulk RS 136 Red Fireblock / Draft-Stop Caulk - 10.3 Fluid Ounce Cartridge

Rectorseal RS 136 is a general purpose and accoustical, one component, non-combustible ASTM E-136 fireblock, draft-stop, smoke-seal caulk. Rectorseal RS 136 is water soluble and is not designed for underwater or exterior use or in continuous vibration environments. Do not dilute Rectorseal RS 136. Storage needs to be between 35˚F and 100˚F to obtain minimum two years shelf life. Rectorseal RS 136 is best if protected from freezing. If freezing does occur, thaw Rectorseal RS 136 completely before use. Rectorseal RS 136 may be used as a smoke seal but before installation, check with your local authority for approval.

Limitations

Rectorseal RS 136 cannot be used...

• in areas where there is continuous vibration on the opening
• where wet conditions exist or may occur
• where there are continuous temperatures above 120˚F
• for exterior or wet area use
