Product Overview

Premier Building Solutions XtraBond 250 is a 100% acetoxy-based, high-performance silicone sealant that is designed for applications that require a 100% silicone solution. This product is formulated as a one-component, mildew-resistant silicone sealant that remains permanently flexible and provides excellent adhesion. XtraBond 250's anti-microbial formula is NSF approved and FDA compliant so it can be safely used in high moisture areas such as: walk-in coolers and freezers, cultured marble, kitchens and baths, industrial and marine. XtraBond 250 features consistent gunability and tooling, provides excellent adhesion and is non-paintable. XtraBond's shelf-life is 18 months from the manufacturer's date.
